Refund Policy

  • Refund or Cancellation: We have a no-refund policy. Only upgrade or downgrade of membership plans can be termed as a temporary cancellation. The time of your request for any downgrade of plans is no more than 7 days from the time of purchase. If approved, the balance amount processing may take up to 45 business days.

  • Communication of Issues: Members may be required to communicate any issues or concerns that led to the request to the website's customer support before a refund is considered.

  • Refund Methods: Credit to the original payment method or any method as approved by PoPT scan management and intimated via email.
