Refund or Cancellation: We have a no-refund policy. Only upgrade or downgrade of membership plans can be termed as a temporary cancellation. The time of your request for any downgrade of plans is no more than 7 days from the time of purchase. If approved, the balance amount processing may take up to 45 business days.
