Terms & Conditions

  • You must not transmit any harmful or malicious content through the Service.

  • You must not interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service.

  • You must not use the Service to impersonate any individual or entity.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” basis, with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • We will not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The content available on the Service, including logos, trademarks, and copyrights, is protected under intellectual property laws.

  • You may not use any of our content without our explicit written permission.

6. Termination

  • PoPT reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

  • You may terminate your account at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UT of Chandigarh

8. Payment Policy

  • 8.1 Payment Terms: Payments for the services provided by PoPT must be made on a 100% advance basis. Once a service is subscribed to and payment is made, it is non-refundable, and any amount paid will be appropriated. Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Poptscan Realty Pvt Ltd (PoPT)

  • PoPT does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of refunds to users' card/bank accounts. Users agree that PoPT, at its sole discretion, may set off amounts paid or payable by a user against any amounts due to PoPT under other agreements or commercial relationships for additional products or services.

  • 8.2 Service and Liability: PoPT does not guarantee server uptime or the uninterrupted functionality of applications. All efforts are made on a best-effort basis, and PoPT’s liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the service.

  • PoPT assumes no liability for any free services provided and reserves the right to amend, alter, or change any terms or disclaimers at any time without prior notice. All terms, whether explicitly mentioned or not, are considered included.

  • 8.3 Payment Security: PoPT uses the highest level of care to secure data related to electronic money transfers. Users are redirected to a third-party Payment Gateway for online transactions, and PoPT does not store or retain credit card information. Once a transaction is completed, payment details are not accessible by anyone at PoPT, ensuring maximum security.

  • 8.4 Liability for Disclosure: PoPT will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the inadvertent or otherwise disclosure of user account information or details related to online transactions, whether the disclosure occurs as part of a legal process or otherwise. This includes errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any information disclosed.

  • 8.5 Refunds in Failed Transactions: While PoPT's payment reconciliation team works diligently, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching users' card or bank accounts due to the complexities of online transaction processing, internet infrastructure issues, and banking schedules.

  • Refunds for issues such as incorrect or objectionable content posted will be at PoPT's discretion.

  • Misuse of PoPT services or violation of these terms may result in termination of access, blocking of future access, and/or legal action as deemed appropriate.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PoPT regarding your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms

  • PoPT may update these Terms at their discretion by posting a revised version on the Service.

  • Continued use of the Service after such changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
